Order: Survey Order

You may place an order for CSEQ and CSXQ surveys (both paper and online versions), norms books, special analysis, and Student Advising Reports in two ways: via the Internet using the electronic order form and via mail or fax using the downloadable order form.

Please allow 4 weeks for standard delivery. Rush orders may be possible, however, shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
